Baumann Engineering shift kit. Very nice. Gets scratch on the 1-2 at 45 mph. 3rd is a very solid shift. I like it. Soon to be done...
125 HP NOS shot

Update: The Baumann shift kit is great. I just realized I've had it for over 3 years, before putting it in.

The Mustang GT motor breathes easy now with the new exhaust.  The car is surprisingly quick, even out of a light.

I love this car!  It is LUXURIOUS!!  From it's dual 12 way power reclining leather seats, to it's REAL wood on the dash and doors, this car is SHWEET!   It's also PERFECT!  112 KMiles.

I bought it in Feb 92.  I immediately killed the transmission.   Please don't ask.  I had my tranny guy, who I still use, Rodney in Fredericksburg VA, rebuild it with all the good stuff.  Red clutches, torque converter for a 351 instead of a 302, etc.

These cars have no springs in the suspension.  They ride around on air bags instead of coil springs. This is a problematic system and I've had *all* the troubles with mine.  If you have trouble with yours, email me and I'll help you to fix it.  My Air Suspension system is flawless now, and outperforms stock!

These cars share the "Fox" chassis with most everything Ford made in the 80s.  That's one of the main reasons I bought it.  The superior handling of the Mustang SVO was, in part, developed from parts designed for this car.   Unlike the SVO, it has a V-8, but 4 wheel disk brakes, just like the SVO.   This *is* the car the SVO's brakes were designed for.  And these are ABS, too!

Winter of 94/95 I got a wild hair up my *ss and put a 3.45 posi in it.   Can you say "smoke monster"?   This puppy, with the stock Lo-Po 5.0 (150 HP, 275 lbs torque) would incinerate the 225/60s in the back, standing still!   I LOVE torque!

The engine has always been a leaker and it knocked too.  But I drove it and it never broke.  Finally, the leaking got the better of me, and rather than have it burn down, I pulled the engine and stuck the engine from my 1987 Mustang GT in it.  Finished the engine swap and it IS fun!  I installed New Ford MotorSport big sway bars for Mustang GT on it.   I'm considering getting Koni's too.

Maybe I'll eventually put on a 125 HP Nitrous kit that I have laying around.     WOOHOO!
